9.0Superbe emplacement à proximité des grands sites à visiter et des emplacements de vaporetto. Le calme de la chambre. La terrasse magnifique avec une vue à 360 sur les toits de Venise. Le petit déjeuner de dépannage fourni la veille pour un départ le lendemain en dehors des créneaux du service.
− Rien ! Cet établissement ne comporte pas d'ascenseur donc déconseillé aux personnes ayant des problématiques pour se déplacer. Le petit déjeuner était très bien mais il y a toujours possibilité d'améliorer avec des produits encore plus frais (une salade de fruit de saison par exemple) ou encore des produits chauds (omelette, lard...)

10.0Un soggiorno davvero speciale, reso ancora più bello dalla gentilezza e dalla disponibilità di tutto lo staff! ❤️ Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti accolti con calore e attenzione. Tutte le persone alla reception sono state davvero carinissime, sempre sorridenti, gentili e pronte ad aiutarci. Un ringraziamento speciale per aver esaudito una mia richiesta particolare: scrivere un biglietto e farlo trovare in camera alla mia amica. Un piccolo gesto che per noi ha significato tantissimo e che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più emozionante e indimenticabile. Sono proprio queste attenzioni, fatte con il cuore, a fare la differenza e a trasformare un semplice soggiorno in un bellissimo ricordo. Grazie di cuore a tutti per la splendida ospitalità!
