6.0Buena ubicación, a dos cuadras de la estación del vaporeto. Las instrucciones para llegar y para entrar super claras.
− La habitación la sentimos pequeña y un poco oscura, como encerrada. Suenan muy extremistas en sus reglas, me dio miedo hacer y usar ciertas cosas por temor a un cobro adicional.

6.0La posizione e la facilità di comunicazione con il proprietario Nicola.
− Circa trenta minuti prima dell’orario di permanenza consentito ci ha bussato alla porta una signora che con molta freddezza, senza neanche salutare, ci ha detto che dovevamo liberare la stanza. Ha atteso fuori dalla porta tutto il tempo poi appena uscite ( 10 minuti prima del tempo massimo) ha continuato a non rivolgerci neanche un saluto ed a guardare insistentemente i nostri bagagli come se controllasse che non avessimo portato via cose non nostre. Ci ha fatto sentire molto a disagio. L’unica cosa che è stata capace di fare è stato rincorrerci all’uscita per chiedere i soldi della tassa di soggiorno ( che erano stati correttamente lasciati in camera insieme alle chiavi della stanza come richiesto dal proprietario). Anche qui non si è neanche scusata della gaffe. È stato molto imbarazzante, io e mia figlia siamo state trattate come ospiti indesiderate con assoluta mancanza di rispetto invece che come clienti PAGANTI ( 260 € per una notte senza colazione - 1 adulta e 1 bimba di 13 anni.)
