− The communication was pretty poor. We had to wait at the door for checking more than half an hour without answering. They need to fix a step on the floor ,it can be considered as a Hazard because is sharp,you need to watch your toes.

6.0The landlords were friendly, however spoke no English whatsoever. The room was clean enough.
− No soundproofing, we could hear the neighbour's shower like it was inside our room. The landlords spoke no English, which made it difficult to understand what they wanted.
