10.0Beautiful place in a beautiful location with helpful staff. We had the two bed apartment which is well set up and spacious. Breakfast was excellent

8.0petit déjeuner excellent et varié servi sur la,terrasse devant notre chambre . le lieu était calme et paisible en plein centre ville. l'appartement était dans un palais qui mériterait d'être mieux entretenu mais plein de charme turinois;
− il faudrait revoir la décoration très simple de l'appartement . mettre de l'eau autre que celle du robinet dans le frigo .

− (1) Propreté : Le pommeau de douche était plein de calcaire, nous avons dû déboucher les buses nous mêmes car peu de jets d’eau en sortaient (ou partaient dans tous les sens). (2) Tout est au minimum : - Dans la salle de bain : seulement du gel douche… pas de savon, pas de shampoing, pas de bonnet de bain. - Dans la chambre : pas de café ou thé. Il faut aller dans une pièce commune pour accéder à des bouilloires. (3) Literie : pas confortable à notre goût. Il serait bien de proposer une couverture ou couette légère même quand il fait chaud. (4) Douche trop petite
