8.0Incredibly kind owners, will explain everything to you. The place itself is down the stairs. Spotless clean and with an effective air conditioning. The selection of packed sweets for breakfast was in my room and juice available in the fridge. Very conveniently close to the bus station on the viale Kennedy street that connects Catanzaro with the Catanzaro Lido train station (bus 1 or 2). Close enough to the old city centre.
− Walls are somewhat thin so I could hear my neighbours in the other room a tad bit. The bathroom was exclusively for me, but separate from the room. The following isn't the owners or the property's fault, but still: one of the guests got up a before 5 am and obviously didn't care about waking other people up, and definitely showed no respect for other people's property, because 2 of my 3 water bottles were gone from my part of the fridge when I got up an hour later.
