8.0Die Mitarbeiterin Valeria war sehr hilfsbereit und nett, wir haben uns nett unterhalten und sie hat uns immer beim Teezubereiten oder sonstigen Problemen sehr schnell geholfen:) Wir wünschen ihr alles Gute!
− Es gab Probleme mit Elektrizität, Boiler und Heizung, verursacht vermutlich durch die Bauarbeiten in der Nähe. Die Inhaberin Cristina meldete sich jedoch unverzüglich bei uns, entschuldigte sich und beauftragte den Techniker, um das Problem schnell zu lösen.

7.0The place was clean and breakfast was good although we’ve waited 30 minutes to have the breakfast ready . You have to inform them that you need the breakfast at 08hr if you have a tour in the morning . We had to rush to take our breakfast and did not enjoy it as it was served at 08hr30 instead of 08hr00 as written in the listing . We were late for our tour departure !
− The air condition was not working in our room , I saw in the previous reviews that people were complaining about that but it seems that I has not been repair or replaced since long time ago ! We did not have hot water in the shower . And the most frustrating is that there’s no one to contact or no emergency number to assist us !
