− Tassa di soggiorno NON inclusa nel prezzo su booking(nonostante la dicitura "tasse incluse") e da pagare necessariamente in contanti (la struttura ha rifiutato il bonifico nonostante nelle e -mail sia indicato come unico metodo accettato) e senza emettere ricevuta. -Comunicazione poco efficiente e interamente da remoto (non c'è reception) -Colazione striminzita e industriale.

Hotel – NiceToMeetYou WiFi speeds(Free to Connect): 53 Mbps download / 29 Mbps upload What3words door location is ///tribes.speared.moves Positives: Check-in was smooth with no issues. A welcome hamper was a nice touch on arrival. The WiFi was fast and reliable, great for uploading photos and general use. The biggest advantage is the location for the price — just a 2-minute walk from Roma Termini. There’s also a coffee pod machine available in the lobby area. Communication with the owner regarding access was excellent, and the bed was comfortable. Negatives: There’s no bin in the room, only a very small one in the bathroom. The shower head needs replacing due to poor water pressure. Bedside lighting would improve the room, as it’s currently either the main light or the TV light. The window shutters don’t fully close, so privacy can be an issue. Although advertised with air conditioning, it appeared to be boarded up. There are also some holes in the bathroom ceiling, so minor repairs are needed.
