We had an excellent stay, loved the location, loved the staff, and loved having a free breakfast on the canal.
9.0The staff was excellent and very attentive. It was a great location for us. So near the train station and vaperetto station. The breakfast had the best croissants I’ve ever eaten and they made us a to go breakfast for the morning we left early that we picked up the night before. It was on a noisy corner but we were so tired we didn’t notice.
− The stairs were very steep and the shower very small but this was the same everywhere we stayed in Italy so not really a problem for us.

Perfect spot for a Venetian holiday!

Personale gentilissimo.
Wonderful location, exceptional breakfast!
10.0Fantastic location! The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The windows were amazing at keeping the street noise out. Breakfast on the canal was beautiful and delicious every day!
− The stairs to the room are steep, but if you go slow, no problem!
Great apartment
