7.0Location, charming layout and view of canal
− Decoration is tired - needs a new paint job . Bathroom is very small. Shower towels supplied were too small

5.0Communication was brilliant, location was great, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The stairs are very steep and narrow with no handrail.
− My main problem is that I could not get into the shower. The door opens onto the vanity unit leaving the samllest of gaps to try and get through. I cannot understand how you think people can get through it. This has been very annoying and ther reason I would not return.

6.0Great location! Bedroom and bathroom were great. Bed was super comfortable.
− The sofa and chairs had lots of stains. Compared to rest of the accommodation they were really dirty. Could have done with a deep clean.
