− Colazione: un cestino con esclusivamente zuccheri e carboidrati: dolce del giorno, pane e marmellata yogurt senza un cerale o un frutto da aggiungere e due brik di latte a lunga conservazione nonché un succo di frutti Puertosol confezionato. Colazione sicuramente da migliorare
