10.0Everything was great. Accommodation clean and tidy. It was quiet and in a lovely location. Close to were we wanted to go. If we ever need Accommodation again in Hamilton we will definitely be back.

1.0− Did not stay here. There was no one on-site to give us a key. Had to arrange alternative accommodation

6.0Convenient location, was upgraded to larger accommodation. Nice comfy beds.
− We were upgraded from the chalet to the annexe even though we did not request this, although this was the first thing that was said to us when we arrived! Quite cold, the heat pump didn't really heat the whole area. Felt like the owners walked out the back as we walked in through the front, full of knickknacks, china, glassware, books, puzzles etc, looks way too personal and too much stuff! Very low sink in the bathroom, and laminate wood effect flooring which was very slippery. Went to use some pots and pans, and the cupboard was full of mice droppings, also some had appeared on the mat in the bathroom. When I mentioned this to the owner via txt I was told that 'as it was cold they (the mice) had obviously upgraded to warmer accommodation, a bit like the free upgrade we had received!!!' To be honest would sooner have stayed in the chalet and not been upgraded, I feel it would have been warmer (smaller area) and hopefully rodent free. Although it was a great location, I wasn't happy with the accommodation, nor the attitude of the owners, so won't be back.
