It was great better than expected. Everything was there waiting for us.
10.0The Breakfast was great, plenty of different choices, home made stewed apples with yogurt was lovely. Home made ginger loaf was just the best with our coffee. Easy walking distance to town.
A Greytown getaway complimented by a a unique and luxurious accommodation.
9.0The entire accommodation was wonderfully presented with great little touches. This included the home made ginger loaf, the muesli with the boutique yoghurt and stewed apples, the range of T2 teas etc. There were also lovely seating areas. My wife and I were both saying that if the weather had been poor that we would have been very happy just to spend time relaxing in the accommodation. Even though this was in a loft there were inspiring views from the various windows. And the skylight windows allowed a lot of natural light and sunlight into the accommodation.
− There is not much to say here. In an ideal world I would have liked another surface in the bathroom.

10.0Cherry and Paul are truly some of the kindest and most welcoming people we have met in New Zealand. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so comfortable and genuinely cared for. We stayed at the Loft during our trip to the Golden Shears, and after long days , our favourite part was always coming back to it. The Loft is beautifully decorated but still feels cosy and comfortable Cherry very kindly made us some home baking during our stay, which was absolutely amazing and such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to us. My partner and I have been away from our home in Scotland for several months now, and it can sometimes be hard to feel at home when you’re so far away. But during our time here, we truly did feel at home. Cherry and Paul created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made our stay really special. We are so grateful we had the chance to stay here, and it’s a place we will always remember fondly. If you’re booking accommodation in New Zealand, I honestly couldn’t recommend the Greytown Loft more highly. It’s a truly special place with wonderful hosts and a very sweet dog (Murphy)
