8.0La struttura è in un'ottima posizione per visitare Sarzana, Bocca di Magra, le Cinque Terre e moltissime altre località turistiche della zona. Le stanze sono pulitissime e ben curate, sembrano appena ristrutturate. Sono dotate di tutto, spaziose, e i letti sono davvero comodi. Ottima la colazione, addirittura con cornetti freschi. Il valore aggiunto è sicuramente la disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario.

10.0Proprietario gentilissimo e molto cordiale. Stanza pulitissima e bagno dotato di tutto. Aria condizionata funzionante e silenziosa. Letto matrimoniale comodissimo! Colazione super ricca. Addirittura si possono utilizzare i cibi in frigo, i vari piccoli elettrodomestici e ci sono anche prodotti senza lattosio e senza glutine. Cornetti freschi. Consigliatissimo!
− Il wifi non funzionava benissimo. Peccato non ci fossero zanzariere. Sarebbe stato piacevole dormire col fresco del giardino piuttosto che con l'aria condizionata.
