Mój pbyt był krótki ( 3 doby) ale zdążyłam zwiedzić wszystko to co zaplanowałam.
9.0Śniadania znakomite, smaczne, świeże produkty. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Obsługa miła i bardzo uczynna.
− Brak windy lub platformy bagażowej trochę utrudnia pobyt.

Pobyt bardzo udany, chętnie kiedyś jeszcze tu wrócę.
10.0Hotel świetnie zlokalizowany, zadbany, czysty. Na korytarzu - czajnik, kawa, herbata i lodówka do dyspozycji gości . Blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji turystycznych miasta. Z okna - widok na cerkiew św.Mikołaja. Sympatyczne i życzliwe panie recepcjonistki. Kiedy dowiedziałam się, że ze względów rodzinnych , będę zmuszona skrócić swój pobyt w hotelu - otrzymałam pełny zwrot pieniędzy za niewykorzystaną dobę ! W innym hotelu pewnie nie byłoby to możliwe - serdecznie dziękuję.
− Jedyny mankament to brak windy i konieczność wnoszenia bagaży po schodach, a pokoje znajdują się na wyższych piętrach.
