10.0Äußerst freundliche Vermieter, die uns zur verwinkelt liegenden Unterkunft geleitet haben. Mega Lage mit wirklich direkt unter dem Fenster vorbeischaukelnden Gondeln. Dadurch natürlich auch morgendlicher "Berufsverkehr", der aber an sich schon ein Schauspiel bietet. Bequeme Betten, sauber, völlig zweckmäßig und Frühstück auf dem 3er-Zimmer, super liebevoll.

− Shower wasn't great as didn't have much pressure and the temperature wasn't consistent. For example it would suddenly go cold without warning multiple times.
A quiet apartment in an old, traditional building in a great location near the Fenice Theatre.
6.0Alessandro was a great host and the location was perfect. The view from the bedroom windows over the canal was lovely.
− There is no natural light in the living area, the kitchen and bathroom are both in bad condition, the shower head holder was broken (the shower head was also broken although Alessandro fixed this as soon as we mentioned it), there was a smell of sewage in the bathroom.

10.0Zentrale Lage, Freundlichkeit, tolles Frühstück, Frühstück im Zimmer, kleiner Balkon über dem Kanal, großes Familien Zimmer, getrennt durch Türe - perfekt für Aufenthalt mit Kindern. Insgesamt toller Aufenthalt in einem charmantem venezianischem Palazzo :)
