1.0− Disgusting attitude towards guests. I booked 2 rooms on booking.com, received confirmation, arrived in the evening with family and friends but no rooms were available. The villa refused to check in. The manager spoke rudely. He/they probably passed the numbers past the booking office and did not remove the offer. The manager just kept saying, "This is a mistake". Okay, it happens, but in response to a request for help, just a suggestion to cancel the reservation and book a new room. This is just plain rude. I didn't get any help from them. I can only imagine the state of the next guests when they will face the same attitude and I believe that with such an attitude to their work in this villa everything is just disgusting
