8.0L'accueil et le professionnalisme du personnel. La propreté irréprochable de la chambre et des espaces communs. L'emplacement stratégique, idéal pour profiter de la région. Le calme et la sérénité des lieux.
− La chambre attribuée ne correspondait pas à celle que j'avais réservée. J'ai également noté un manque de produits de douche. Le Wi-Fi était faible, bien que cela soit compréhensible vu l'environnement montagneux.
Potentially attractive, but poorly managed and badly constructed
5.0The property has potential and could be a pleasant place to stay. Some aspects of the hotel are attractive, like the decor and pool and I liked what it could become with better management and maintenance.
− The hotel initially claimed that I had booked only one room, despite my booking being for two. When I asked about the second room, I was told to leave. Only after I insisted on a full refund did the staff check properly, acknowledge that two rooms had been booked and provide them. This was especially surprising because there appeared to be only one other group staying. The balconies were barely wide enough for a chair, the balustrades appeared too low, and the balcony construction did not feel safe. Overall, the hotel seemed poorly managed and poorly constructed.

1.0Absolutamente nada. Nem deviam oferecer aqui . Quartos minúsculos, sem conforto, com roupas de cama e toalhas horríveis . Para dormir forrei com roupa minha . Não há local para nada .

Nice little hotel with amazing views.
8.0Amazing views and very clean. Nice room with amazing views. Nice pool to jump into after a long day walking. Staff were fine and its a short walk into Imlil.
− No air con in the rooms but it was cool enough in June.
