7.0La ubicación es excelente. Preparan un desayuno muy rico y agradable. Es un apartamento muy agradable para descansar una familia de 4.
− Si eres exigente con la limpieza, no es tu lugar. El suelo daba la sensación de sucio. La cisterna del baño estaba rota y si no estás atento está todo el rato soltando agua, con un ruido molesto. El mando del aire acondicionado no estaba aunque por la noche no tuvimos calor. La cama tiene un colchón blando pero se descansa bien

8.0Nett und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Balkon war toll. Die Lage ist sehr zentral - mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett.
− Es war sehr warm an den Tagen die wir zu Gast waren, deshalb mussten wir mit offenem Fenster schlafen um es halbwegs auszuhalten, da die Lage sehr zentral ist war der Lärmpegel dementsprechend laut.

− L’arrivo in struttura non è avvenuto come da indicazioni del check-in, io e la mia famiglia abbiamo atteso un’ora e un quarto (dalle ore 15 alle ore 16:15) nel vano scale prima di poter accedere all’appartamento; inoltre, il condizionatore risultava non funzionante sebbene la descrizione dell’annuncio lo riportasse come dotazione presente in struttura. Quando è stato riferito al proprietario che questo non funzionasse, non è stata proposta alcuna soluzione: non è stato chiamato il tecnico e, nonostante sia stato affermato il contrario, il condizionatore sembra essere rotto già da tempo (testimone la macchia di umida in foto).
