− Não haver controlo na porta de entrada do edifício, foi nos solicitado que deixasse mos a porta de entrada do edifício sempre fechada às chaves mas por várias vezes a porta era aberta por alguém que a deixava completamente aberta mês o durante a noite, o que reduz a segurança dos hóspedes, outro ponto negativo foi a água ara banhos ao fim de um banho já estava a sair fria
