8.0Great location, 5 minutes walk from San Mark's Square, public waterferry from airport has a stop 2 minutes from hotel. Staff very friendly
− No hot food at breakfast, felt like the quality of choices it could be improved for the price, although clearly effort put in to the range still. For £300/night (although this can obviously change depending on when you go) the rooms and communal areas weren't quite as nice as I was expecting....but the breakfast room did overlook a small canal which was nice

Perfect and Magical!
10.0The apartment was perfect! Amazing location and so spacious, comfortable and clean. We were serenaded by gondola rides right outside our window. It was magical. Alessandro was fantastic throughout the whole experience, including setting us up with a private water taxi early in the morning to make sure we made it to the Venice airport on time. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting Venice!!
Could not have asked for a better stay
10.0I can’t say enough good things about Gio&Gio. It was an amazingly lovely way to end our Italy trip. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the location felt both central and peaceful at the same time. There are also little touches that made the experience special – where you could see the care put into details that someone staying with them would appreciate – from cold water in the fridge to fresh fruit, pastries, and cappuccinos for breakfast. Alessandro is the kind of host who makes you feel like a friend rather than a guest – in addition to being super responsive and making people feel welcome, he is thoughtful, endlessly patient, and genuinely warm hearted. From tracking down elusive candy we went to more than 5 markets looking for to helping us figure out the best way to get to the airport, he made everything so easy for us. Couldn’t recommend Gio&Gio highly enough to anyone visiting Venice.
