5.0Девојка са рецепције је била изузетно љубазна. Сам апартман је ок.
− Рецепција не ради ноћу и нико не одговара на позиве. Сва врата се отварају помоћу кода који се добија на рецепцији. Кад сам се после поноћи враћао у апартман, девојка је безуспешно покушавала да уђе у зграду са својим кодом. Затим смо око 5 минута покушавали да уђемо помоћу мог кода, такође безуспешно. Затим су се појавила три странца, ни њихов код није отворио врата. Имали смо срећу да је та девојка боравила у хотелу са колегама који су на крају сишли и отворили нам врата. То се све, поновићу, одвијало око један сат после поноћи. Ја сам звао доступне бројеве, слао поруке, љ одговора није било. Кад сам се одјављивао, добио сам флашу вина као знак извињења. Друго, у апартману се јако осећа канализација.

3.0Location of the property
− Reason I chose this location is obviously the SPA in the name of it. I hade long competition and idea was to relax after long day. One day before the arrival the property informed me that SPA is under construction and if this bothers me I can fine another location. At that time it was too late to find any other decent accommodation. For the duration of my stay nobody entered my room in the attempt to clear it or change towels. The toilet was quite a mess with dirty floor, clogged sinks and terrible smell. I am not coming back to this place nor would I recommend to others
