− The turnoff into the property is on a motorway and it feels a little like you could easily miss it.

8.0Friendly staff, good location right across from the beach. Super buffet breakfast, included. Room nice and big, and very clean. Short walk to "downtown", nearby food and drinks etc.
− Pool was either not open or not usable - it had leaves everywhere in it and, as is normal in NZ, was not heated.
