The property has a beautiful, well-tended little courtyard – every detail shows the owners’ care. There’s also an adorable, friendly dog that made our trip even more special. The staff are incredibly warm and always ready to help with any questions, and they easily arranged all our local activities for us. The location is perfect – quiet and peaceful, away from street noise, yet still very convenient for getting around. If you’re looking for a place to stay, this is definitely the right choice. We’d absolutely come back again!
Great Stay
8.0This was our first stay at Ancel Cristo Re, Moalboal, Cebu, and we spent 3 wonderful nights here. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. We had a whale shark tour that required us to leave at 3am, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared and packed our breakfast before we left. Such a small gesture, but it meant a lot to us. We also made a new friend during our stay… a cute little puppy named Ginger. 🐶 Ginger was friendly, well-behaved, and basically became our unofficial tour guide, following us around everywhere! The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the place was top-notch. We came for the whale sharks but ended up missing Ginger too when we left. 😄 We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again!
