− Peccato , pur essendo una struttura recente non ha l'aria condizionata e con le temperature che hanno superato i 38 gradi , di notte si soffriva il caldo anche se ventilato

7.0L'appartamento si trova vicino all'hotel MySuite, in una posizione ideale per chi arriva da Roma con il bus. La camera è arredata in modo essenziale, ma è abbastanza confortevole, e pulita (le pulizie vengono effettuate quotidianamente).
− Rispetto all'annuncio, il piano di cottura, seppur presente, non può essere utilizzato. Inoltre la colazione non viene servita al B&B, ma viene lasciato un buono acquisto per un bar nei pressi dell'appartamento. Questo buono copre un caffè/cappuccino+brioche, abbastanza deludente, sia come quantità che come qualità.

7.0− Non c'era nè un ventilatore, nè l'aria condizionata e faceva caldo, e la ventola del bagno si spegne molto tempo dopo che uno chiude la luce. Per il resto bene, tutto nella norma.

9.0La struttura è semplice e molto accogliente, camera e bagno pulitissimi, acqua e caramelle di benvenuto, tutto sigillato, dalla carta igienica alla tavoletta del water. Notte silenziosa. Molta gentilezza e disponibilità nell'accoglienza. Sicuramente una piacevole permanenza!
