− Horrendous service. They had given my rooms to other people when I arrived. Staff were rude and evasive. Room was dirty, let a lot of light in and very noisy. Worst experience I have had with a hotel.

− Nothing actually. Maybe some more attention to breakfast with lots of fruit, omelette to always add some bread or a bit more choice of tea.

10.0At Amahoro Guest, I liked the confy bed and breakfast. When entered the bed I immediately got a sleep. Thanks very much for hosting me, can't wait to stay in Ruhengeri again. The creative arts on walls and outside garden, books, and good service and warm welcome from staff.
− I didn't like the curtains. They are small and can't cover up the window.
