Comfortable Stay In Nuwara Eliya
10.0The hotel is located up on the hill in a quiet neighborhood away from the noise of the city. I didn’t feel like I was staying at a hotel but at somebody’s beautiful home. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and nice.

− The bathroom definitely needs a refresh. The man who works there was very persistent in offering transportation and organizing everything. The same conversation came up every time we met. I know he was trying to be helpful, but over time it became tiring.

8.0Es war eine sehr freundliche und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin, die uns wegen der Kälte mit einer zusätzlichen Wolldecke versorgt hat und abends noch für uns einen Lieferservice organisiert hat. Das Frühstück war mit lokalen leckeren Spezialitäten und sehr üppig.
− Wir waren nur eine kurze Nacht dort. Alles passend.

Comfortable overnight stay
9.0We only stayed one night here. It was a welcome respite from the heat and humidity in other parts of the country, and the hot shower was very welcome! The rooms are comfortable, quiet, with views over the town. It was easy to walk down and visit Victoria Park, the Post Office etc. The employee, Ragu, recommended a good local restaurant. He was there in the morning to prepare a delicious breakfast, always smiling and ready to help.
− The rooms were fairly pricey by Sri Lankan standards, but I think that's Nuwara Eliya for you...
