10.0I've been to a lot of B&B around the country and Jen's place is super clean, warm in cold weather and welcoming. A modern unit equipped with small kitchen appliances more than you really need as a B&B. Jen is super friendly and make excellent breakfast! The place is located on a quiet street plus OSP and yet close enough to the town center. Highly recommended and we will definitely return next time Jen!

9.0Eine sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung mit großem Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ebenfalls vorteilhaft. Te Puia auch zu Fuß erreichbar.. Mit Frühstück
− Das Frühstück ist eine auswählbare Eierspeise. In der Küche gibt es noch Milch und Cereals. Löslicher Kaffee. Für Neuseeland aber gängige Praxis. Manchmal gibt es nur Toast mit Marmelade

9.0Petit déjeuner simple mais agréable. Hôte vraiment aux petit soins qui demande régulièrement si tout va bien. La proximité du Redwood Forest , de Te Puia et de la ville ainsi que du centre commercial est parfait on peut quasiment tout faire à pied. Le petit bonus du surmatelas chauffant en période fraiche est juste magique!

10.0Jan was so lovely and a wealth of knowledge. Breakfast was amazing and set us up for a good day of exploring. The villa was meticulously clean and very comfortable, it was filled with everything you could possibly need whilst travelling. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot.
− Remember to pack shampoo and conditioner.

10.0Very spacious accomodation, thoughtfully fuenished, very heartly welcome from the host Jan. All equipment has been there. Nice terrace with morning sun, comfortable parking space, and a worldclass breakfast !
