10.0The hosts were extremely friendly and gave us lots of useful, practical information about places to visit, etc. Each day the fridge was replenished with plenty of cheese, ham, yogurt, eggs, etc; and there was plenty of bread/rolls etc for you to 'serve yourself' each morning in the kitchen area. We liked the fact you could have breakfast whenever we wanted and not at a 'set' time. We did our own washing up each day but, to be fair, the hosts did say they would do this for us. The garden/seating area was very comfortable and spacious, just for the two of us. There is also free use of a kayak-type boat. The accommodation is only a 5 minute drive from beautiful Giethoorn. The car parking is plentiful. We would highly recommend this B&B.
− The kitchen area (within what used to be a garage) is rather dated and could do with being renovated. When this is completed, an integrated cooker rather than a plug-in hotplate would be much better.
