10.0The owners met us and carried our bags to the room for us. They helped arrange transportation for the next day. When we checked in, they gave us a map of the town with all the recommended restaurants marked with their last order times. The room was even more comfortable than we expected, with plenty of seating areas and a nice ocean view.
− Our only minor complaint was that we prefer softer beds, but we still slept well.

9.0Staff was awesome! We had two full size luggage + 2 bags + backpacks and there was no way to climb the stairs. So grateful that the staff took care of the luggages. Breakfast was great! Shower was great! Would recommend this place to anyone interested in staying a night to experience Jiufen late at night and early in the morning before the crowd.
