5.0Location
Good location, not a great room

− We had stayed here before however on this occasion the room was on the ground floor with multiple pedestrian ramps leading around all windows making privacy impossible, of course there were blinds however we had these closed most of the time and they were also difficult to use.
Calm and relaxing stay
10.0Vert peaceful property with lots of outdoor sitting spaces, cozy areas and a welcoming main area lobby to spend time reading a book from their interesting library.
− Hardly any privacy when you open the curtains in the room to let the sun in and the view. There are cars that park in front or people that walk by. Yet over all it was very cozy and relaxing.
This is a very self serve hotel, no staff, not a suite and not worth $400.
2.0The room was beautiful and well appointed.
− This booking was listed as a suite for almost $400. This was a standard hotel room and bath. I arrived at the hotel at 6:30 p to find the lobby door locked with an envelope with my name on it taped to the glass. Inside were some instructions on where my room was located, the time the "free" breakfast was to be held, and the keys. There was no staff. The next morning, I was traveling to a different town to meet family. I went to the dining area inside the lobby to see if I could get something to take with me. I was told no this was only a sit-down breakfast. I asked if I could get it to go, NO! There was one staff member who was filling the juices and putting out the menus. I got my things loaded in my car and went to turn in the keys. There was no one around. Guests were sitting in the dining area, no one was being served, and no staff were around. I placed my keys on the little entry desk, next to another set. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you are going to portray yourself as a high-end lodge and charge $400 per night, at least hire enough staff to serve your guests. I will not be back!
