Very unhelpful.
2.0− There was no one there when we arrived, tried to contact them and waited half an hour. So cancelled my booking as allowed, and went elsewhere. I was supposed to get 50% refund, but host didn’t engage and took the full nights payment. I asked him to respond and sort it before reviewing him, and again, no response. Very unfair and very unhelpful, sorry to say.
I enjoyed my stay.

− Entrance hasn’t warning sign to enter carefully. Breakfast must be improved, including drinks.

5.0The apartment was nice, clean and smelling fresh
− The staff was terrible from the moment I arrived. No one answered the intercom and you had to phone them to get access to the BnB. While inside there was poor communication in terms of where is everything I was shown my room from a distance and the staff disappeared after so I couldn’t ask about things I was not sure about like locating the remote for the aircon, tv/dstv wasn’t working and to top it off I couldn’t see the staff in the morning to ask about the breakfast so I ended up leaving without it.

− Aircon in room 5 was not working. The room was very cold. I reported to the lady since I had flue, however i was not even given a heater in my room. Was not attended. I woke up feeling worse in the morning. The room was very cold shame.

7.0The accommodation is located in a quiet area and offers plenty of parking spaces. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable one-night stay.
− The internet connection was quite poor. Breakfast was rather limited, and guests were not asked about their preferences. Fresh fruit was also missing from the breakfast selection.
