− The absence of a heater and it was very cold making the stay this time around very uncomfortable

− No aircon, the bed was extremely bad.. no comfort... and the blankets were not clean they were reused and the dust was all over and the wall and cupboard were very dirty.... I immediately checked out the next day and look for alternative accommodation

− Room too small and very cold. No heater, no electric blanket. The walls are very thin, one could hear a person snore from another room
