10.0The location was amazing, far reaching views over the countryside and the village and church were lit up beautifully for the evening. Our room was super clean and very well presented with a spectacular veranda for us to appreciate the views. Our breakfast was superb and the dinners we had were cooked expertly by Calogero and his wife Lena , we also enjoyed their home made wine which was superb. Beautiful evening views from the courtyard dining area. Extremely lovely hosts, would highly recommend Villa Della Mimosa. We were viewing properties in Sicily and Calogero the owner , drove us to one of the properties in Aria for us to view and assisted with translations for the viewing, very kind and hospitable guests. The villa itself was beautifully presented and well kept. Highly recommend this accommodation.

A great place to stay in Alia
10.0We liked everything about our stay at Villa Della Mimosa. The rooms were huge and opened onto a lovely deck that had endless views of the surrounding hills and the town of Alia. Our hosts were fabulous. While they didn't speak much English, we had no problem communicating. They cooked a fabulous dinner for us and provided a wonderful breakfast. We highly recommend Villa Della Mimosa for a great stay in Alia.

Our stay at Villa Mimosa was definitely the highlight of our trip.
10.0We liked everything about Villa Della Mimosa. From the moment we arrived the hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful. The property was located in one of the most beautiful areas we have ever visited, and the views were amazing. Shortly after we arrived, we were welcomed with wonderful homemade wine and some afternoon snacks - exactly what we needed after our long journey. We were able to spend some time with Carlo and Lena talking about the town of Alia, where our grandparents were born. We woke up the next day to a delicious breakfast and spent some time just being lazy around the property. We had no idea that Carlo was an award winning chef until we experienced our first dinner at villa mimosa. We can’t wait to stay at this property again as soon as possible. We would highly recommend it to all of our friends and relatives.
