Superb accommodation. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable, decorated to a very high standard. Karen, the proprietor was very welcoming and helped make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was freshly cooked with plenty of choice using quality ingredients. The room itself was in a quiet location and wasn't overlooked by other buildings.

− We didn't realise that we would need to drive to all the eateries in the local area but to be honest I'd rather stay somewhere like Toppesfield House and drive than walk from a lesser property.

The room was lovely very clean. Karen the host was very friendly and very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great and very tasty. Parking was great we were even able to plug in our hybrid car,

Very welcome by friendly helpful owners. clean and comfortable with good facilities. An excellent choices for breakfast, freshly cooked. Cannot fault them and will be staying there again
