9.0Accoglienza eccezionale, con Massimo disponibile fin da subito per soddisfare ogni esigenza e risolvere qualsiasi piccolo problema, camera molto pulita, confortevole e letto comodissimo. Posizione unica per chi desidera essere ad un passo dalla Stazione Termini. Torneremo!

10.0숙소는 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 남편, 아이, 12세 딸과 여행이었는데 더블 침대는 크고 좋았는데 싱글침대가 조금만 더 큰 수퍼싱글이었으면 더 좋았을 거 같아요. 이탈리아는 쇼파베드라고 한국 호텔의 싱글베드 보다 좀 작더라구요. 역과 가까워서 이동이 편안했습니다. 위치도 참 좋았고 편안했습니다. 로마 호텔은 한 건물에도 여러개의 호텔이 있어요. 꼭 도착 시간 알려주는 게 좋아요. whats app 이용하면 된답니다. 친절하고 편안하고 세심한 케어를 해주셨어요.
− 쇼파베드 보다 약간 큰 베드였으면 좋겠는데 이게 유럽과 한국 호텔 문화의 차이인것도 같아요. 파리도 보면 침대가 작았던 경험이 있어서요. 로마는 글로벌한 곳이라서 이런 점이 시정되면 더 좋을 것 같습니다.
