Not what we expected
6.0The staff gets 10/10! Always there with a smile and with perfect service. ☺️ They waited for us when we arrived from the flight and it was easy to book transportation from the airport to the hotel. The price was 500pesos. But overall it wasn’t what we expected. We booked a standard room for 40€ for one night and the shower didn’t have hot water and the bathroom wasn’t clean. The water in the sink was brown when we opened the tap. The pool area was nice but it felt very empty of people. We ordered breakfast in the morning - No buffet. We needed to wait for almost 50 minutes, the food was unfortunately cold when it arrived. Except the amount we paid for the night we also needed to pay 1800pesos for both of us for the food and transportation. But! The staff was really friendly and I think maybe during high season this place is better to stay at.

10.0I had a Medical Emergency and Jed (The Manager) and June (The Driver ) Were incredible. They drove my fiance and myself all around CEBU DURING A HOLIDAY WEEKEND TO LOOK FOR PROPER CARE FOR ME. THANK YOU!!! JED AND JUNE YOU GUYS ROCK AWSOME SERVICE THANKS JOHN GREY
