5.0− Borzasztóan zajos volt, mivel az 1-es főútra nyílott az ablak (francia erkély). Klíma nem volt a szobába (33 Cel. volt). A hűtő nem működött.
Ár-érték arányban megfelelő, tulajdonos és a szomszéd barátságos.
7.0Központi helyen fekszik, jól megközelíthető. Hiányzott a légkondi, kissé hiányos volt a takarítás és kényelmetlenek az ágyak. A vendéglátás része kitünő.
