7.0There was no breakfast or facilities to make my own. Even though it is listed as a bed and breakfast, it only offers black coffee. There is no provision for me to store milk if I were to buy my own. The rooms are very clean. The location is not ideally placed if seeking easy access to the city centre but the Uber connections are easy. It’s is essentially a safe area with good security.
− I had notified that my flight would be late arrival and I wouldn’t be there until about midnight. When the driver arrived there, we could not contact anyone so that I could enter. I found a different number to the one that I had been given and Finally someone answered. The night person showed me to my room and then wanted payment in cash. I was happy to do the payment according to my booking.com details via my credit card. He insisted on cash which I obviously didn’t have at 1.00a.m. . Fortunately, I was able to pay the owner the next morning via my credit card. However, I was concerned all night that the night watchman might enter my room.

9.0We had a great stay! The hotel is situated near Putre, which is a great location to explore beautiful NP Lauca in day trips and also have some restaurants close. The host was fluent in English and gave us great advice on how to lower the risk of altitude sickness and which sites were most interesting to explore. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Overall, an excellent experience, we would definitely recommend.
