Comfortable large rooms, great ensuite bathroom and great choice for breakfast. Parking and lots of information about the area. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Location between Conwy and the rural villages so easy access.

The location is great and easy to access everything we needed, about a 10 minute drive into Conwy Town. The views and surroundings are beautiful. The breakfast was excellent, comfy bed and large bathroom with a very good shower! Owners were very friendly and helpful, couldn't ask for any more.

Exceptional hospitality. Excellent location very clean good shower and peaceful, internet signal strong and with ample parking space. Owners are very helpful and very kind to accommodate food was very tasteful pleasantly delicious and wonderful. Owners are happy to help out with activities that maybe added to our day tour. Would definitely come back again.
