8.0Great location in the centre of Galle fort easy to walk everywhere. Check in and out was very quick and convenient.
Location is the best thing by far.
4.0Seen better days as i is musty, and needs upkeep.the young men were personable and frindly in this family- run hotel right on busy Peddlar Street. Needs TLC to benefit from central locale. Little resemblance to web site photos except for outside.

4.0Staff need to be better trained. Manager needs to be at hand to oversee the functioning of the property. For instance, when I checked in the hotel did not have any towels. A hotel should never run out of clean towels. I had to wait till evening to get a fresh towel. Plus, there were no bins in the room. More attention is needed to provide the basics to the guests.

2.0My room was not in good maintenance conditions. It flooded 3 times because of rain from the roof. I asked to change several times and they didn't. Spaces are very limited, humid and not good conditions of the walls. It was ground floor terrible noisy (kitchen, phones, etc)
