− Der Balkon mit Sicht aufs Meer ist nur in 1 Zimmer Leider gab es kein kein Frühstück, wegen personellen Engpässen. Der 8€ Gutschein reichte in der Bäckerei nicht weit.

10.0Wunderschönes Zimmer mit Terrasse und Meerblick inkl. Sicht auf Pico. Das Frühstück gibt es in 5-minütiger Gehdistanz, sehr feine Brote, freundliche Bedienung.

1.0− Wir haben ein Zimmer der Kategorie „Sea View Deluxe“ gebucht. Die Buchung und insbesondere die Fotos vermittelten eindeutig den Eindruck eines Zimmers mit Terrasse/Balkon und direktem Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Bei der Ankunft erhielten wir jedoch ein völlig anderes Zimmer: klein, eng, ohne Terrasse oder Balkon, lediglich mit einem eingeschränkten Blick durch ein Fenster. Das Zimmer entspricht weder den Fotos noch der berechtigten Erwartung an die gebuchte Kategorie „Sea View Deluxe“. Vor Ort wurde uns zudem mitgeteilt, dass das auf den Fotos gezeigte Zimmer bereits belegt war und offenbar gar nicht für unsere Buchung verfügbar war. Aus unserer Sicht handelt es sich daher um eine irreführende Darstellung der Unterkunft.

− Aufgrund Personalausfall gab es kein Frühstück in der Unterkunft. Anstelke gab es einen wenig grosszügigen 8 EUR Gutschein für eine Bäckerei. Das war kein adäquater Ersatz. Die Strasse vor der Lodge ist eher laut.
