5.0On the positive side, they resolved the internet issue quickly. Overall, my experience did not go as expected. The property itself is beautiful, and I would still recommend staying there. However, I suggest contacting the hosts before your arrival to make sure they are expecting you and that the apartment is ready for check-in.
− I checked into the studio, but unfortunately it was not clean. I informed the staff immediately, and they told me it would be cleaned right away. However, after waiting no more than 20 minutes, the apartment was still not properly cleaned. The toilet was dirty or not properly cleaned and there was dust throughout the studio. In addition, there was no internet connection upon my arrival. After more than 20 hours of traveling, I was too exhausted to keep waiting, so I ended up cleaning the apartment myself. I contacted the Layer Stay team, and after I sent them photos, they apologized and confirmed that the apartment had indeed not been cleaned properly. They also promised me a small reimbursement for the inconvenience, but I never received it. On the positive side, they resolved the internet issue quickly. Overall, my experience did not go as expected. The property itself is beautiful, and I would still recommend staying there. However, I suggest contacting the hosts before your arrival to make sure they are expecting you and that the apartment is ready for check-in.

7.0De serveerster die ons hielp was fantastisch! Ik ben in mijn hele leven nog nooit zo vriendelijk, goed en attent door een serveerster geholpen. De sfeer in de bar was geweldig. Ze werkte heel erg hard en niets was te veel. Met een charmante lach hielp ze elke klant op een vol terras. Alleen voor haar zou ik al terug komen.
− De trap naar de zolderkamertje was heel apart en kon onze hond niet nemen.
