10.0Propriétaire super arrangeant. On a oublié nos passeports dans l’établissement. Il s’est rendu disponible pour aller les chercher et a tout fait pour qu’on puisse les récupérer rapidement.

9.0Чисто, есть мини завтрак, гостеприимный хозяин. Мы не могли уехать из Беладжио, пропустили все автобусы, попросили хозяина приехать за нами на машине. Приехал, за дополнительную плату быстро.

It was pleasant stay in Lecco. Tiziano was very helpful with all tips about city.
