Die Gastgeberin ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Sie hat sich viel Zeit genommen, uns wertvolle Tipps für die Erkundung von Edinburgh zu geben, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr bereichert hat. Die Zimmer sind modern und geschmackvoll renoviert. Das Bett ist äußerst bequem und alles war in einem tadellosen, sehr sauberen Zustand. Man fühlt sich hier vom ersten Moment an rundum wohl. Die Lage ist hervorragend – direkt am Golfplatz. Für uns als Golfspieler war das natürlich ein besonderes Highlight und hat den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

− Beim Frühstück sollte man wissen, dass es keinen Frühstücksservice gibt. Man bereitet sich sein Frühstück selbst zu. Die angebotenen Produkte waren jedoch durchwegs frisch und vielfältig. Es gab unter anderem Heidelbeeren, Erdbeeren, Bananen, Birnen, Weintrauben, Wurst, Käse, Butter, verschiedene Joghurts sowie Kaffee und Tee. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist, dass es kein frisches Gebäck gibt. Stattdessen stehen einzeln verpackte Toastscheiben zum Aufbacken bereit, und auch Eier werden nicht angeboten. Das ist jedoch Jammern auf hohem Niveau und schmälert den insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck der Unterkunft kaum.

Highest quality of bedroom and breakfast room , food at breakfast was plentiful and varied all tastes catered for . Host Dannii was warm hearted and kind to us , giving us helpful advice and a lift to the tram station. She recommended The Bridge Inn to have dinner which we thoroughly enjoyed …. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city its beauty and peacefulness made it an exceptional place to stay

Looking for some peace and tranquility to recharge while travelling?? This is the perfect place, a little piece of heaven in the small village of Ratho, just outside Edinburgh. The host, Dannii was incredible, so friendly and helpful, so refreshing! Beautiful and comfortable facilities. The garden is so pretty.

Todo. La amabilidad y cercania de Dannii y Andrew, la habitación, el paraje alrededor y el detalle que tuvieron dejándonos hacer el check in un par de horas antes para poder devolver el coche sin las maletas a cuestas. No pude agradecerles personalmente todo puesto que nuestro vuelo fué muy temprano y ademas se me habia roto mi movil. Recomendable 100%
