9.0Excellent accommodation just 4 km from the city in a very peaceful location. The room in the annex was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool was perfect for cooling off on hot days. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Communication with the host via WhatsApp was excellent—very friendly and quick. Highly recommended!

Great typical rooms
9.0Very nice place: quiet, typical and well kept (rooms look very recent). The garden and the pool are wonderful and the only noise you hear are the cigales, chicken and dogs. Typical Italian breakfast (so if you want something else you would need to ask). Parking easy. Location is quiet but you need a car to go to Rieti
