Nice room, breakfast disappointment.
8.0Nice room, which made good use of the space, with fridge, a few tea bags, bathroom with bath and good selection of Toiletries, large TV and small fold down table. Comfortable room overall. We were pleased that we could book somewhere that included breakfast.
− It was marketed with breakfast, which did not happen because the owner of the house had a migraine. There was no coffee in the room (canister empty), and the coffee machine in the kitchen had run out of beans, so not even morning coffee was available. The studio room was great, but it is in someone's home, and you share their kitchen, so this wouldnt suit everyone. We were just a one night stop over so that was OK.

8.0It was pleasant and comfortable. I slept well and had a good shower in the morning. Communication with the host was good. It's near a bus stop, and it was easy to get into the centre of Durham.
