Clean, comfortable and great location
8.0No Reception as such but we were met by Simone and shown to our room. It was a very hot day and the room was shady. Large downstairs room with a view over the garden. Tastefully decorated in a modern style, clean and comfortable. We arrived by train and ‘Street Lodge’ was chosen for its proximity to the station. It was about a 15 minute walk to the centre, but plenty of places to eat in the vicinity. We had an early start so didn’t partake of breakfast but Simone kindly provided us with tea for a morning cuppa. We only stayed the one night but would have happily stayed longer.
