10.0The staff was so friendly we came in early but they were soo nice they allowed us to check in earlier than the time we were expected otherwise we had such a great time their breakfast 👌 thankyu so much guys.
− Only one thing I don't know whether those ladies were guests there but we were woken by woman singing in middle of the night that I didn't like shame.
Peaceful stay with great staff and breakfast, but disappointing location and smell.
7.0The place was quiet and peaceful, making it a relaxing environment to unwind. The staff were exceptional. Very friendly and helpful, and they made a genuine effort to accommodate us wherever possible. The breakfast was delicious and definitely a highlight of the stay.
− The advertised location is misleading. It claims to be within 10km of Bass Lake, but that’s not accurate. Only after arriving and calling the property do they send the actual pin location, which is about 20 minutes away from where it’s advertised. Additionally, during the afternoon, especially when the sun is at its peak, there was a strong nauseating smell coming from the sewerage system. This made it unpleasant to sit outside and unfortunately took away the option of enjoying the sunset from the balcony. Lastly, the bedside lamps were not practical or adequate.
Pleasant stay but venue needs maintenance with regards to peeling wall paper and discoloured silicon

− Took a very long time to prepare. Coffee machine was not functional. Very limited menu . No choice of fruit juice and was short supplied. Cutlery was not properly cleaned
