10.0Nice people, a great feeling about the place. The main house and garden are beautiful! And of course the location … quiet, safe, private, and just a short walk from Kehena Beach.
Hidden oasis inside tropical green space is a great value gateway to explore big island Hawaii.
9.0Our stay in the Garden Oasis room was a spectacular treat. It was a highlight of our stay to mingle with other travelers and locals and stay in such a unique property. The plant life here is of special note with many tropical plants and fruit trees to enjoy, if you are anything of an amateur botanist there are some sights to behold. The room itself was a cozy, open air room with a comfy bed, chairs, welcome note/treats to get started in the area, ear plugs for sound sleeping. It was unique to sleep with the sound of frogs and other wildlife surrounding you and for the time of year (November) it got pretty cool at night so was far from a steamy stifling night's sleep. It was quite an idyllic time to sit on rocking chairs on the porch, enjoy a local bottle of craft mead, and breathe in some fresh air. Stephen made a fantastic breakfast sandwich for us and This property is in something of a secluded part of the island so if you are looking for a quieter, tropical jungle adjacent accommodations this place is the spot! Price also cannot be beat.
