8.0Very modern nice venue. Nice breakfast. Small and cosy. The outside shower was super nice, unfortunatly there was not a lot of pressure on the water…

− Pool schmutzig, Außenliegen schmutzig, überall Vogelkot. Personal spricht leider kein Wort Englisch. Mit Google Translator war Kommunikation aber möglich.

− Pas d'eau à la douche dans une chambre, heureusement que nous avions 2 chambre, voyageant en famille, le personnel n'a pas trouvé de solution, petit déjeuner correct mais très lent ,il est annoncéà8h , mais, la cuisinière est arrivée à 8h pour fabriquer le petit déjeuner....

7.0The hotel in itself if extremely beautiful. I won’t lie as my husband and I were driving into town, we were skeptical, but once you step inside the hotel, it’s a whole different vibe.
− I didn’t like the receptionist. I understand that she’s a young girl in her 20s, but she was constantly on her phone. Even when she was explaining everything to us as in breakfast hours, she was reading off her notes app. My husband and I had to figure out how to get to the salt factory all by ourselves to see the so called pink ocean. Like girl, why do you think people come here? And the breakfast could be improved. Although there were only five guests, this girl took forever to get breakfast ready. My husband and I went to the kitchen at 8am, the start of breakfast, and she was like, “are you two eating now?!” And I was like yes we’re driving to Cancun. It’s a long drive. We have to start early.

9.0El concepto en general; al ser pocas habitaciones, la atención es prácticamente personalizada. Es un lugar para desconectar, sumamente tranquilo y visualmente atractivo sin llegar a saturar o ser minimalista en su totalidad. El personal fué sumamente amable con nosotros.
